Week 1 Results

Okay here it is the first week results.  Taking into my account the training I did beforehand I lost about 5 pounds.  Officially for the first week I lost 2.4 pounds.  Overall I’m happy.  Living healthy just isn’t about the weight loss.  Everything in your life has to take account.  What I am the most proud of this week is the fact that I’m no longer taking sleeping pills.  I’ve been on them since May.  I also seem to have a more of a natural high than I did before.  I wake up much easier than I use to in the mornings.  Everything seems to be going in plan.
