The last 2 weeks have just been horrible. Extremely busy and having to put others before me. No time to plan menus no time to go to the gym. But I’m not giving up. I didn’t get in this with a time frame in mind. I know it is going to take as long as it takes. I wish I could just throw everything else aside, but others depend on me too. I have a wife in college and a 5 year old daughter. Plus I have nephew with special needs living with me, who is deaf in one ear. And his sister who suffers from post-traumatic syndrome is in my house as well. Both of them are teenagers to boot.
The thing to remember is do what you can, when you can. Always have things to pull you to a healthy lifestyle. A good thing to do is find celebrities and others who have the realistic body that you want. I don't want to be Brad Pitt or Hugh Jackman. Too tall and body type is wrong.
For me I would like to look more like AJ Styles. He is a wrestler for Impact on Spike TV. We are about the same height and he is built but not overly built. I would also would like to do what he does in the ring, but I don't want to wear tights.
